Rack plating

Our rack electroplating job shop provides top-quality finishes for products from
the electronics, medical and jewellery industries as well as items from the optical sector and for writing instruments.
This includes electroplating in gold, gold alloys, silver, rhodium, palladium, platinum, nickel and copper, either in individual layers or in combination.
We can electroplate small parts on request.

Continous plating

With our highly efficient production facilities, state-of-the-art test lab and wellproven analysis techniques, not to mention our certified quality management system, Heimerle + Meule can be relied on to deliver top-quality products reliably, consistently and on time.

Separate manufacturing facilities for silver, copper and nickel enable continuous strips of solid or prestamped material of up to 110 mm in width to be plated.

In the case of silver, several strips can be applied to either one side or to both sides.

We pay particular attention to the environment and implement a comprehensive system of environmental protection measures. Through our long-term contracts with a number of copper works we can offer professional recycling of non-ferrous stamping scrap containing precious metals as well as electroplating scrap.
